All our meat products are cured and smoked, which allows for safe shipping. Depending on climate conditions, they will arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed. Refrigerate as soon as possible. If you will not be serving your meats within a week, store in the freezer.
Allow several days in the refrigerator to fully thaw. In order to retain moisture, keep your meats sealed in the original wrap until ready to reheat.
FOR THE VERY BEST FLAVORS WE RECOMEND THE USE OF AN OUTDOOR GRILL
- Wrap meats in foil, add 1 cup of water and seal
- Heat grill to 350º - 375º, coals should be glowing without flame
- Place wrapped meats dircetly on grill at least 6" above coal

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEATING IN OVEN
- Place your BBQ meat in a covered pan, with one cup of water
- Preheat oven to 350º
